“Coach O’Riley is one of the most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is passionate about track and field and has extensive knowledge of the nuances in the sprinting, hurdling, and jumping events. I was fortunate enough to have him as my track coach during high school. In those years, he went above and beyond to not only push me to be the best athlete I could be, but also formed a connection that went far beyond the track. Coach O’Riley is a fantastic coach and even a better person.”

“Coach O’Riley is one of the most passionate and energetic people I know. He goes up and beyond when it comes to training and building a relationship with his athletes. He once took me to his personal gym to get extra training in over the weekend before a big meet. O’Riley makes the process exciting and training with him will be sure to improve your talents!”

Henry Pennella, Section I Class C Long Jump Champion, 2019.

“I first trained with Coach O’Riley my senior year of High School when I decided to run track. I was looking to be as prepared as possible going into my first preseason playing college soccer. Soccer is a game where running mechanics are vital throughout the competition. Coach not only helped sharpen my form but enhanced my sprinting entirely. He emphasized the preparation and execution of fundamentals before and after a race. I fell in love with the sport while at the same time succeeding and learned more about my specific events”.

Kaio DaSilva, professional soccer player, VHS school record holder in 100/200 meters, 4x100/4x400 record relay member, Sectional champion in four events (2016).

Coach O’Riley is a great mentor who is also a wonderful person. He is well-versed in the complexities of sprints, hurdles, and jumps. He coached me throughout high school and in preparing me for college competition. During this time, he has gone above and beyond in pushing me to be the best athlete I can be and created a bond that extends beyond the track. I highly recommend you train under the eye of Coach O’Riley.
